Cookie Notice

euroyield.bg · Effective: April 2026 · Last updated: April 2026

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They let the site remember your preferences and measure how it is used. Local storage and session storage, which work similarly, are treated as cookies under this Notice.

2. Categories We Use

2.1. Strictly Necessary

Required for the Platform to function: session management, security tokens, language selection, and the cookie-consent preference itself. These cannot be refused.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and the ePrivacy exemption for cookies strictly necessary for a service the user has requested.

2.2. Analytics (with consent)

Used to understand aggregate usage patterns. No third-party analytics service is currently active. This section will be updated if Plausible, Umami, or a similar service is enabled. When active, the analytics script will load only after you accept analytics cookies via the banner.

Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

2.3. Payment

MyPOS may set cookies required to complete payment and prevent fraud. These are loaded only on checkout pages.

Legal basis: necessary for the performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

3. Consent and Withdrawal

On your first visit, a banner at the bottom of the page asks whether you accept non-essential cookies. Choose Accept all or Reject non-essential. Your choice is stored as a technical marker in your browser's local storage under the key eu-cookie-consent, together with a version number and a timestamp.

You can change your mind at any time: click Manage cookies in the site footer. The banner will re-appear so you can update your choice. Clearing site data for euroyield.bg in your browser also resets the choice.

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be refused — the site would not work without them.

4. Retention

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies, including the consent marker, remain until they expire or you clear them. The consent marker has no fixed expiry; it is overwritten when you change your choice, and its version number triggers a re-prompt if this Cookie Notice materially changes.

5. Third Parties

The Platform currently loads third-party code only from: MyPOS (payment processing — active only at checkout) and Resend (transactional email — server-side only, no cookies set in your browser). No analytics, advertising, social-media, or content-delivery third parties are active at this time.

If this changes, this Notice and the banner categories will be updated before any new scripts load.
